Empty Bowls 2012

You may remember our post earlier when the Rodeo Association went to paint bowls in support of the Airdrie Food Bank.  Well Today, Saturday June 23rd, marked the 6th Annual event.  And we are happy to still be a part of it.

The 2012 Contestants had a great day hanging out in the children's activities area, and enjoyed there soup as well.  All the soup was donated from 20 different Restaurants in Airdrie. 

Here are a few of the finished creations we could find that we had decorated.  The bowls go so fast that you have to be there kinda early to find and buy your own.  Each bowl is $20 which goes directly to the Airdrie Foodbank.  We couldn't find Samanthas.

There were a lot of exhibitors, and promotional items on display for the upcoming ARTember in Airdrie.  Samantha and Nicole got a chance to put there mark on a painting in the making.  Cowboy Hat's Buckles & All.





It was an amazing day for our upcoming 2012 Contestants.  Thanks for allowing us to come and be a part of this event.  I know it was a great day.
